Terms of Service

1. Who We Are
Msnef ("we", "us") is a digital design and development studio serving clients in Saudi Arabia and internationally. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We offer website design, web applications, and custom digital systems. Each project is scoped individually before work begins. The agreed scope is documented and confirmed with you in writing. We reserve the right to update our service offerings; changes will not affect already-confirmed projects.
3. Payment
All projects require full payment upfront via Stripe before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in GBP and SAR. Stripe handles all card processing — we do not store your payment information.
4. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided we have not yet started work on your project. Once the requirements form has been submitted or work has begun, refunds are not available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery is 7–14 business days from receipt of your completed requirements and all assets needed (logo, images, content). Any delay caused by missing or late materials from the client is not our responsibility. Delivery is confirmed when we hand over the live website or completed system.
6. Revisions
Each package includes one round of revisions. A revision round is one consolidated list of changes submitted within 7 days of receiving the delivered work. Additional revisions are available at an agreed cost.
7. Ownership
Upon full payment and project completion, you own the delivered code, design, and content outright. We build every project from scratch — no licensing fees, no platform lock-in. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. After-Launch Support
Essential Presence includes 14 days of post-launch support. Premium Presence includes 3 months. Custom Systems support is agreed per project. After this period, ongoing support or maintenance is subject to a separate agreement.
9. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, timely responses, and all required assets. Delays caused by missing materials may affect the agreed timeline and are not our responsibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
