Msnef ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.
1. Data Controller
Msnef is the data controller for personal data collected through msnef.com. Contact us at info@msnef.com for any data-related enquiries.
2. What We Collect
When you use our website or purchase a service, we may collect: your name and email address; your business name, industry, and project details; files you upload (logos, images, documents); and basic usage data through server logs. Payment information is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
3. Why We Collect It
We use your data to deliver the service you purchased, communicate with you about your project, send order confirmations and invoices, and improve our services. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
4. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with the following processors, each subject to data protection agreements: Netlify DB / Neon (database, EU region); Netlify Blob Storage (file storage); Stripe (payment processing, PCI-DSS compliant); Resend (transactional email); Clerk (authentication); Netlify (hosting and CDN). We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. Uploaded Files
Files you upload (logos, photos, documents) are stored securely in Netlify Blob Storage and are accessible only to the Msnef team for the purpose of building your project. Files are retained for 12 months after project completion, then deleted unless you request otherwise.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry and contact data: 2 years from submission. Order and project records: 6 years. You may request earlier deletion — see Your Rights below.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements; receive your data in a portable format; and object to processing. To exercise any right, email info@msnef.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
msnef.com uses only essential cookies required for the site to function — no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required.
9. International Transfers
Some processors (Stripe, Netlify) may process data outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
